Family Spotlight: Disney on Ice Returns to Brooklyn
Get ready for magic. Starting January 29, 2026, Disney on Ice presents Mickey’s Search Party takes over the Barclays Center. This is the ultimate post-holiday treat for families, bringing the beloved characters of Disney directly to Brooklyn.
The Show
“Mickey’s Search Party” is an interactive show that follows Mickey and friends as they follow Captain Hook’s treasure map for clues to find Tinker Bell. The production features world-class skating, acrobatics, and aerial stunts. Expect segments featuring:
- Coco: A vibrant celebration of family and tradition in the Land of the Dead.
- Moana: Voyaging across the ice with Maui.
- Frozen: The inevitable (and delightful) “Let It Go” sing-along.
Practical Info for Parents
Shows run through the weekend into early February. Stroller checking is available at the arena. We highly recommend using the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway station (accessible via nearly every line) to avoid the traffic jams that occur during drop-off.
