3rd Annual SI Youth Mental Health Symposium — Tuesday, June 16

Tappen Park, located in the Stapleton neighborhood on the North Shore of Staten Island, has become the gathering place for the borough’s growing Juneteenth celebration. The annual parade and festival honors the emancipation of enslaved people in the United States and celebrates Black history, culture, and community across Staten Island. Now in its fifth year, the event has grown into one of the borough’s most anticipated summer gatherings. Free and open to all.
Community Boards: June Is the Final Month Before Summer
Beyond these specific events, June is also the last regular month for Staten Island’s three community boards before summer schedules kick in.
